1978: Freya is born on 17 November in Tønder, Denmark 1979-95: She grows up in and goes to school in Møgeltønder, Tanzania and Kenya 1995: Wins a talent competition in the magazine Se&Hør (May) 1997: Gets a recording contract 1998: Records her first album Tea With The Queen (Feb.-Dec,) Gives her first concert in Copenhagen as opening act for Heather Nova (Nov.)
